PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Cherokee Group has had a longstanding relationship with the Wilderness at the Smokies. All three trades have worked at the Wilderness, and currently The Cherokee Group maintains all of the HVAC and plumbing systems for the entire resort. The Cherokee Group's plumbing team handled the waterworks for the outdoor expansion of the waterpark. Numerous boilers have been added over the years, and TCG has also installed all guest room HVAC systems in the adjoining condominiums and hotel rooms.

Project Update The Cherokee Group will be handling all three trades for the construction of the on-site employee housing and the on-site commercial laundry facility. The project should be completed by Summer 2020.
