PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Cherokee Group provided all three trades to the newly constructed Gatlinburg office for the Sevierville County Utility District. The project incorporates many energy efficient upgrades like tankless water heaters, LED lighting, and advanaced HVAC control systems to lessen the building's energy consumption. A backup generator, was also installed as an alternative energy source during emergencies.
